Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 14 working days. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns where the customer has changed their mind and shipments should be sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be issued on receipt of the item.

The item should be new and unopened, including the shrink-wrap over the book. Returns must be securely packaged and must include the delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

If the item you have ordered has been damaged in transit or is defective, please contact us within 14 working days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs and we will deal with your enquiry.
